Bows & Rings at the Ballpark

When you spend the majority of your Saturdays at the ballpark watching your brothers play baseball, you make the best of friends.  Ridley's buddies look like they could be her sisters.  They all were happy as could be with a Ring Pop and a little shade.

Tag Along

What do you do when you have two older brothers that play lots of baseball?  You make the best of it!  Ridley is a real trooper.  From field to field and baseball park to another baseball park, she is most always a pleasure to tag along.
Watch out brothers!  One day Ridley will be taking dance, and there will be practice.

Tummy Time Gang

Ridley isn't a big fan of tummy time, just like her brothers.  This afternoon, she had a bit of support, and she still wasn't interested.  The boys were all into it though.  Reed was down on his tummy, and Ryland was telling us all about the numbers on the caterpillar's belly.  This is very typical of daily activities.  I guess the boys are re-living their infancy, and it is very amusing.

Brothers

It was beautiful outside today, so we stayed outside a little later into the evening.  John Chris and I set up chairs in the driveway to watch the boys play.  It was humorous to watch them take turns filling up the wheelbarrow and dumping it into piles.  They were chatting back and forth, and it made us so happy that they are friends.

Goodnight kiss

Reed loves to give kisses.  Here he is going in for a little sugar before bedtime.  Ryland isn't too moved by Reed's sweet moment.  Maybe it's the grip Reed has on his shoulders... How sweet.

Playing together

One of my favorite sites to date. I was in the kitchen cleaning up breakfast, and I glanced over to see the boys playing. Ryland was showing Reed how to play with some toys, and Reed was watching and listening intently. They giggled and played, and it completely melted my heart. This little moment made me so happy they are close in age.
