A local toy store had silhouette artist, Cindi Rose, creating hand cut silhouettes. I made an appointment weeks in advance and paid the deposit to secure a spot. I was really excited about having a silhouette of Reed made. Reed cooperated like a champ and sat still for the whole 45 - 60 seconds. While we sat for the artist, she talked and talked and talked. I realized very quickly that she was on something. Ryland stood there looking at her like he even knew she was not quite right. In fact several customers looked at her in disbelief. It was pretty hilarious, and she gave me plenty of advice on gifts (Gucci sunglasses), jewelry (people prefer a cross over a heart only because of guilt), and how to handle things in a classy way. Oh yeah, it was a hoot!
