DYF Trophy

Reed was pretty excited to get his massive football trophy tonight.  It was half his height!  Way to go, Reed, on an excellent season.  You learned so much and always had a smile on your face.  Congrats on your first year of football!

Mini Kickers - Skills Showcase

Reed finished soccer camp today, and he was very impressive in the game.  He was full of hustle and really competitive.  He is ready to play "real" soccer this fall, and there is no doubt that he will have a blast.

Blastball!

With all the rain we have been getting, the Spring baseball season has seemed to drag on forever.  Reed's coach gave out trophies and congratulated the team on a great season of fun.  Reed was really excited and proud!

What happens when you are really excited?  You roll around in the grass with your brother.  Then you roll in dog poop.
Come on!  We are out of here!

Soccer season ends

The Fireworks' Fall season came to an end this morning.  They all had a blast learning new soccer skills and chasing the ball, and we were pretty amazed with Ryland's progress over the past few months.

Since the last game was a make up, half the team were unable to make it.  The kiddos were thrilled to get trophies and doughnuts!
Reed was a cuddle bug this morning as we tried to stay warm while watching Ryland.  We had to take a quick pic. Reed is such a picture hog, so he had to take a few more of us.  I just love these.

Season Ends

Ryland had a wonderful blastball season, and he is sad that it is over already.  He has really looked forward to playing ball with his buddies on Saturday mornings.  After the last game, the players received a fancy trophy from their coach.  Ryland was so proud and beamed with pure joy.

Only 2 minutes after we walked in the house, Ryland dropped his prized trophy.  Needless to say we had to get the super glue out to fix the poor thing.
