Patriotic fun

Aunt Emily and Uncle Jeffery came out to visit for the weekend. We had a great time hanging out and relaxing. We decided to visit Town Square for the patriotic festivities. There were tons of activities for kids, but they were just a little over Ryland's age. We did enjoy walking around listening to the live music.
Ryland spotted this fountain and wanted out of his stroller immediately. He ran right over to the fountain and tried to climb up the side.

We quickly figured out that Ryland wanted in the fountain. We were such fun killers by not letting Ryland get in the fountain. He immediately started screaming and crying. He was not happy!

Look at that bottom lip. He was really upset.

After walking around for a bit, we quickly worked up an appetite. We went to Gloria's for some delicious Mexican food. Ryland loves the bean dip, and he forgot all about the fountain. He starts with a chip by dipping it in the beans, but he doesn't bight the chip. He licks the beans off and redips the chip. Yummy!

Trip to Bossier City

Emily and Jeffery just bought a new home in Bossier City, and we made a little weekend trip to check it out. Their house is so very nice. It is on an large corner lot in a gated community. All of the homes are a French Louisiana style home with stucco and brick. The inside is spacious and the finish out selections are great. We are very happy for them!

We had a great time hanging out on the back patio.

Lovin' every minute

Ryland loves dogs. He always starts smiling and reaching when he sees Cooper, and he was really excited when he saw Doodle.
This was Daddy's idea. Doesn't Doodle look thrilled? Look how Cooper is hiding back by Jeffery.

Mr. & Mrs. Anderson - It's Official!

John Chris and I traveled to Pensacola, FL for Emily and Jeffery's wedding. The beach was amazing, and it was almost empty this time of year. We stayed at The Beach Club, and it was gorgeous.
I was so excited to make Emily's bridal bouquet. It was very special honor for me, and she loved it.

John Chris took this sweet picture of his sister, Emily. He took it in black and white, and it turned out beautiful.

The wedding was at sunset on the beach. It was a romantic setting perfect for getting married.

The weather was great until our last day. A cold front came in, and we braved the freezing temperature for one last chance to be on the beach at sunset.

A great end to an awesome trip.
